WE HAVE TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED ONLINE BOOKING OF SOME APPOINTMENTS DUE TO THE CORONAVIRUS PANDEMIC.
If you think you may have Covid-19, please do not go to a GP surgery, pharmacy or hospital. Use the NHS911 online service to find out what to do next.
NEW ONLINE CONSULTATIONS
You can now contact the surgery via Engage Consult, a new online system. It can be used for non-urgent issues both administrative (24 hours a day) and medical (07:30 - 09:30), without the need to telephone the surgery. You can gain help and advice from your mobile phone, tablet or computer. Your queries will be reviewed by the most appropriate person and will be answered within one working day.
Obtaining online access for the first time
To register for online access, please telephone the surgery and ask for a username and password.
You will be asked to confirm your identity by answering some questions and the login credentials will be sent to the contact details we have on record (via email or SMS).
Once you have been issued with your user name and password you can start accessing the online facilities by clicking on the link above.
To obtain online access to the surgery without having to contact us, please download the NHS App (for patients aged 13 and over).
Appointments
Once you are logged on you will be able to book up to 2 appointments, up to 3 weeks in advance with any of our clinicians with available slots. You can also cancel any appointments that you have with the surgery.
Please note at present online booking is only available for GP appointments with the doctors and Flu Clinics, NHS Health Checks and Cervical Cytology (Smear) with the nurses. Please ensure you select the appropriate staff and slot type for your requirements.
Prescriptions
You can also request prescriptions online. The system will only allow you to request your medication 7 days before it is due.
Access to Medical Record/Test Results
You can request to view your records and results online (only coded entries can be seen at this time).
Patients are required to complete a separate consent form for Access to Records. You can download it below.
Online Services for Children
We are now able to offer proxy access to parents/guardians of children (up to the child's 11th birthday). This access is granted only to parents/guardians with parental responsibility and will be granted/could be revoked at the practice's discretion. Any such decisions will be made on individual basis and always in the best interest of the child involved.
Patients aged 13 and over can download the NHS App.
